Our client is seeking a talented Workday HRIS Analyst to join their HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure data integrity and drive process improvements within the Workday recruiting module. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in HR processes, and expertise in the Workday HCM platform. Position Overview: As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of Workday data, specifically focusing on the recruiting module. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and implement solutions that enhance data integrity and operational efficiency. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Support: Serve as the primary contact for Workday recruiting issues, providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data Integrity: Research and address data integrity issues and errors, ensuring accuracy of back-end data, positions, and organization management processes.

  • Project Collaboration: Partner with HRIS and Talent Acquisition teams on project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, and end user/system testing.

  • Enterprise Mass Uploads (EIBs): Manage and execute enterprise mass uploads in Workday recruiting, validate templates, resolve data errors, prepare audit reports, and communicate discrepancies to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Compliance and Quality Control: Maintain compliance requirements, analyze errors, and implement quality controls to prevent future issues.

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR leaders to prioritize business needs and drive process improvements using Workday HCM technology.

  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals, providing end user training as needed to ensure effective use of applications.

  • Reporting: Run, schedule, and distribute reports to support functional areas, automating processes wherever possible.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Workday recruiting and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate.

• Partner with HRIS team as functional liaison between the Talent Acquisition and IT and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etc.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to perform enterprise mass uploads (EIBs). Responsibilities include validating the template, handling data errors, preparing audit reports, and alerting TA of discrepancies.

• Maintain compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.

• Collaborate with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs that drive business process improvements leveraging technology (Workday HCM) in partnership with IT & external vendors.
