Program Summary

The Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) is a performance-based program that provides broad, contracted sustainment support to the combatant commander, joint operations, coalition partners, and other federal agencies. KBR has supported LOGCAP as a prime, on a global basis, since the first major LOGCAP task order award in 1992. Under LOGCAP V, KBR supports a population of approximately 20,000 personnel spanning across two combatant commands, EUCOM and NORTHCOM.

Job Summary

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will assume a crucial role in leading the Site Operations, Region, and/or Task Order Operations to adhere with contractual reporting requirements, established company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include supervision of Operations/Asset Management staff with the daily activities and supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) Operations in fulfilling internal/external reporting requirements. In this role you will lead by example, demonstrate self-motivation, and maintain the utmost integrity. Multitasking and prioritization are fundamental in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely completion and submission of contractually required reports in accordance with the contract.

  • Perform routine assignments as an operations professional.

  • Handle a wide range of coordination activities in support of the PMO Operations Manager and the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Attend meetings and document meeting minutes for distribution through SharePoint After Action Report (AAR)/Memorandum for Record (MFR) platform.

  • Proficiently multi-task while meeting short suspense’s for both scheduled Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and unscheduled reports/tasks.

  • Produce professional internal and external communications.

  • Create job plans, preventative maintenance schedules, locations, routes, assets, etc. in Maximo.

  • Develop queries and build reports in Maximo.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of relevant experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Must have at least 5 years overseas deployment experience on a KBR LOGCAP assignment specifically in an operations/service desk management role.

  • Must be proficient with the PMO Asset Management Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to include but not limited to: Failure Classes, Sub Work Types, Work Order Statuses, Work Order Types, Warranties, Deadline Procedure, Mitigation, Change of Location, Camp Operations Public Works Service Center and Master Schedule of Work.

  • Must possess a general understanding of LOGCAP concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associate technical exhibits.

  • Requires extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

  • Must have experience in asset management (failure classes, specifications, meters, etc.)

  • Requires experience using SharePoint and Power BI.

  • Must have at least 10 years of Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo.

  • Must possess Driver’s License with at least six months of remaining validity.

  • Must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals.

  • Requires English fluency and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Knowledge of SQL for building reports.

  • Knowledge of Costpoint.

  • Knowledge of SAP.
