Position Overview

This position supports the Fleet Maintenance garage operations and company safety protocols.

Job Description

1. Run daily, weekly and quarterly reports for any preventative maintenance (PM), state inspections and state

inspections.

2. Track monthly state inspection due list, send to all facilities and copies to all inspectors (where applicable).

3. Occasionally locate assets in our yards via yard management systems for all asset maintenance services and/or

asset deliveries.

4. Complete and process all RO/PO’s according to KPI timeframe requirements.

5. Responsible for following and documentation of all OSHA and Waste Regulatory Compliances. Update all related

logs and manuals.

6. Daily inventory on parts: label, barcode, and return slow moving parts if needed, order special parts.

7. Communicate needed shop tools and inventory adjustments to Shop Manger.

8. Responsible for career development, coaching, training and providing guidance to reporting staff.

9. Gather all associated cost to a particular unit when being considered for sale. (ARS RO, asset evaluations)

10. Communicate professionally and proficiently with every level of employees and departments.

11. Communicate professionally and proficiently with all outside vendors and customers.

12. Responsible for PM Audits and Garage Inspections.

13. Delegate tasks to Shop Technicians and appropriate staff.

14. All other duties and special projects as assigned.
