Responsibilities
The KelseyCare Advantage Sales Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training, monitoring and management of the contracted agent/brokers of KS Plan Administrators. The KelseyCare Advantage Sales Manager will recruit agent/brokers in accordance with the staffing ratio needed to achieve KSPA membership goals. The KelseyCare Advantage Sales Manager must be proficient in and able to train agent/brokers on all local, state and federal regulations, rules, guidelines and laws. The KelseyCare Advantage Sales Manager will monitor all agent/brokers to ensure compliance of KS Plan Administrators policy and procedures and is responsible for the sales production of the agent/brokers. The KelseyCare Advantage Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Director to assist in the management of the KelseyCare Advantage membership growth and retention. The KelseyCare Advantage Sales Manager will be responsible for all reporting related to agent/broker enrollments and projections and will assist the Sales Director in all other KelseyCare Advantage business,

Salary Range: $ 99,164- $122,501 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: 4 years of college or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Experience
Required: 7 years MA sales experience
7 years customer service experience
2 years experience working with agent/brokers

Required: TDI Group 1 – Life and Health License
