Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a National Account Manager to focus on Multifamily Owners/Managers.

Position Objective

Acquire and develop our regional and national customer base. Specifically focused on growing sales through reinforcement of sales management practices and developing a long term plan that will meet the customer’s needs and our sales, profitability and productivity goals.

This is a remote role that will support the Texas Region. Our ideal candidate would be located in South Texas (Austin, San Antonio or Houston).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engages mid-to-large companies within a pre-defined territory of our focus vertical markets.

  • Contracts with corporate entities including management companies and ownership groups within the multifamily industry.

  • Partners with strategic accounts and develops and maintains an effective long-term relationship.

  • Build and implement sales plans to drive property level activation and share of wallet growth.

  • Provides feedback, reporting and sales opportunities to the field sales management team

  • Reviews and assesses the integration and simplification of sales and customer service systems and processes.

  • Achieves effective prospecting, lead tracking, sales and customer service, provides inputs to the development of processes.

  • Implements detailed account analysis and rigorous identification and evaluation of customer needs.

  • Build relationships with key customers with the HQ based in the Texas Region

  • Develop relationships with key vendors which meet branch and corporate objectives

  • Customer retention through monthly financial reviews, project management and execution of the program strategy

  • Organize and participate in trade shows and other customer activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent Sales Management experience and/or extensive experience in the Multifamily industry.

  • Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and new prospects.

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.

Pay Range:

$6,374.70 - $13,933.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
