Your Role at KIK

Packer

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receives bottles off the production lines and places those bottles in boxes and or bags.

  • Stack the boxes and bags on pallets as appropriate

  • Monitor manufacturing lines to avoid jams

  • Notify operator to clear jams

  • Visually and physically inspect bottles as they move through the manufacturing process.

  • Prepare material for regrinds

  • Make boxes as needed

  • Stack boxes as neededKeep area clean and safe manner that complies with GMP, SOP's, safety standards and follows plant policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor

  • Follows and supports all Safety programs

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Able to visually concentrate and listen intensely for extended periods of time.

  • Able to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach consistently for eight hours.

  • Able to grasp and manipulate a variety of packaging components (i.e. sprayers, bottles, caps)

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.

  • Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.

  • Must be able to work overtime where necessary.

  • Possibility of working around unpleasant odors.

  • Various temperature changes.

  • Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.

  • Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has an hourly rate of $17.00 per hour. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
