About the Role

This role will be an integral part of our People Technology Team responsible for people related technology within AVEVA. The role will support the ongoing operational development and maintenance of people systems, working closely with the broader People Technology Team to ensure key deliverables are met. Working closely with the regional People Services teams, you will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure our People Technology is maintained and supported to deliver an outstanding employee experience at AVEVA.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide 2nd line support via ServiceNow HRSD. Ensuringcases are dealt with in a timely manner and in line with any agreed SLA’s, escalating where appropriate. 

  • Oversee People Technology Service Request process for both Workday and ServiceNow. Responsible for keeping work instructions updated when new Service Requests are identified, or if existing processes change.

  • Administer and maintainPeakonto support the launch of the quarterly engagement survey.

  • Support the broader People Technology Team with testing and deployment activities for Workday and ServiceNow HRSD upgrades/changes/developments when required.

  • Work closely with regional People Services teams to ensure they are using the technology appropriately and have the support they need.

  • Support the People Technology Team with ad hoc report requests.

  • Manage Workday standard bulk import/update requests that come in from the People Team.

  • Responsible for monitoring and resolving data integrity issues and working with People Technology team to implement measures to keep data accurate.

  • Support the People Technology Team on HR projects as required.

  • Be proactive in finding ways to improve the People Technology service.

  • Oversee proper use of People technologies and provide support, advice and training on best practice to HR colleagues.

  • Handle sensitive data with care always having GDPR in mind, ensuring all necessary security measures are taken.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly People Services and HRBP teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience in a related discipline.

  • Knowledge of HRIS technology within a Global organisation – Ideally Workday. 

  • Knowledge of Service Enablement technology within a Global organisation – Ideally ServiceNow. 

  • Well developed general IT skills – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Ability to deal with complex and varied problems and come up withappropriate solutions.

  • Flexibility to work in a global team across multiple time zones.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills – able to communicate across cultures at all levels.

  • Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR.

Salary Range:

$80,700.00 - $134,500.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
