Production Engineer

Adecco is hiring for a Production Engineer in Houston, Tx. As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met within established delivery times.

Responsibilities:

• Incoming and outgoing control of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper identification and process execution.

• Supervising manufacturing order execution for the manufacturing team, ensuring processes are carried out correctly.

• Resolving incidents promptly to avoid missing delivery deadlines.

• Inventory and stock control.

• Production control to ensure targets are achieved on schedule.

• Leading initiatives for continuous improvement in production processes, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.

• Working closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

• Providing training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

• Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is desirable.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.

• Knowledge in SAP.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
