About the Role

The project Analyst provides overall support in project delivery, from initiation through project closeout. This key role ensures project numbers accuracy and that all applicable internal processes and policies are being applied. This position also helps the project manager, project team and management team as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Update/Maintain the project financial system (Oracle).

  • Receive the booking package and review to ensure it complies with all the booking rules.

  • Maintain on SharePoint all documentation in individual project folders.

  • Issue the client invoices per milestones and monthly for time and material basis.

  • Issue project POs for third party labor, expenses, licenses or hardware.

  • Ensure completion and approval of all timesheets before month end, tracking and sending reminders.

  • Review project numbers monthly before month end for accuracy and raise flags when issue is found.

  • Maintain Salesforce Staged Orders and Validation in timely manner.

  • Coordinate actions with the collection teams and the delivery team when invoices are unpaid.

  • Answer various daily requests from PMs, clients and manager as needed.

  • Assist in enforcing QA procedures and internal procedures and practices acting as champion.

  • Support the project admin team to balance workload.

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field or matching work experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in project support environment.

  • Experience with ERP and Salesforce

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High level of detail and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to work proactively.

  • Familiarity with financial processes and procedures.

  • Reporting and analysis experience

  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Adaptable and flexible to change.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Salary Range:

$65,100.00 - $108,700.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
