Engineered Polymer Systems (EPS) Division designs and manufactures engineered elastomeric, polymeric and plastic seals and sealing systems for dynamic applications. For over 65 years we’ve been designing, engineering, and manufacturing quality products for some of the biggest names – worldwide – in industries serving the following industries: Oil & Gas, Mobile Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Automotive & Transportation Aerospace, Consumer, Medical & Life Sciences.

Responsible for meeting customer performance expectations through document control. Reviews customer specifications and compiles certification packages to achieve business objectives of assigned customer accounts.

• Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments.

• Inspection of parts and completion of inspection reports.

• Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.

• Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.

• Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected department.

• Other duties as assigned.

• U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required. Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• Experience : 5+ years’ experience in a quality or manufacturing related background a plus

• Excellent clerical and organizational skills; interpersonal, communication, and writing skills a must. ISO experience is a plus. Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.

• Computer Skills : Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders], or have refugee or asylee status).
