Qualys Regional Vice President, US Central in Houston, Texas

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our sales efforts in the US Central region. The RVP will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proven leader with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales and customer success focused team

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales directors, account executives, and sales engineers.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture that aligns with Qualys' values and goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team members achieve their targets and professional development goals.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.

Ensure alignment of regional sales strategies with overall corporate objectives and market trends.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners in the region.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning Qualys solutions to address them.

Oversee the development and execution of account plans for key customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Forecasting and Reporting:

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor and manage sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.

Participate in the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing regional sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, trends, and competitive landscape.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Ability to travel as needed within the region.
