Insight Global Sales Director in Houston, Texas

Job Description

A Plastic Surgery client of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Director to aid in the training and development of the sales team across multiple locations in Huston. The Sales Director will work closely with regional management in implementing sales strategies, coaching sales representatives, and fostering continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. The Director will assess the needs of the practice to identify the best coordinator to partner with the Doctors based on specialty (i.e. face and neck, BBL, etc.)

-Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques

-Assess training needs by observing sales consultations, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with regional managers to identify areas for improvement

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and clinical staff to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience

-Responsible for getting Doctors on the schedule, growing revenue, training and coaching the team, and for retaining plastic surgery patients and transitioning them into med spa patients

-Salary ranges between 110,000-150,000 w/bonus opportunities

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

-Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a healthcare or aesthetic industry setting

-Ability to travel to various locations within the region

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills -Experience working in a plastic surgery or MedSpa environment

-Certification in sales training or related field

-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics null
