Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an SAP Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves assisting in SAP ERP related processes, functionality, and development for the current SAP configuration, as well as future transitions to SAP4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and performing analysis of company activities and/or functions and guiding the subsequent design, improvement, and implementation of the SAP ERP system.

• Streamlining existing processes/practices and monitoring the overall health of SAP background jobs.

• Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate SAP ERP integration with other applications.

• Troubleshooting and translating business requirements into SAP ERP solutions.

• Researching, troubleshooting, and mitigating transactional and other SAP ERP issues and making recommendations to department leaders.

• Assisting in the transition from the current configured SAP ERP system to SAP 4 HANA.

• Developing work instructions/reference guides for training purposes and hosting training sessions.

• Preparing users on the functionality of kanban, weeks on hand, S4, etc.

• Leveraging skills in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Change Management, and SAP HANA. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI)

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create and maintain Business Requirement Document

• Experience in Change Management

• Knowledge of SAP HANA

• Proven project management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
