Fujitsu Senior SAP PP QM Consultant in Houston, Texas

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA PP/QM - Manufacturing and Quality Management Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will lead our efforts in transforming and migrating an existing SAP ECC landscape to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the Production Planning and Quality Management modules. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes and SAP S/4HANA functionalities to drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation for our customer’s manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the leadership and management of a greenfield implementation project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA with a focus on PP and QM modules and ensuring a timely and on-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, processes, and challenges to design and implement an effective SAP S/4HANA solution.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders and users on S/4HANA capabilities and changes in processes.

  • Develop detailed project plans and activities, migration strategies, and risk assessments for transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

  • Configure, test, and optimize S/4HANA PP and QM modules to meet business needs and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Provide expert guidance on the integration of PP and QM modules with other SAP S/4HANA components and third-party applications.

  • Document all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, design specifications, implementation, testing, and user training.

  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 - 9 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 2 full lifecycle greenfield, brownfield or selective data implementations of SAP S/4HANA in a process and/or discrete manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules.

  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile or Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of additional SAP modules or technologies (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, MES, IoT, AI) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with change management and training methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.

  • Primarily Remote with occasional onsite meetings

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $107,450.00 to $154,728.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
