As a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), you will play a crucial role in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth in the Houston area. With your extensive experience in account management and your deep understanding of the oil and gas, refining, energy, and industrial sectors, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

• Provide mentorship and guidance to account managers and sales teams

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in the oil and gas, refining, energy, or industrial sectors

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
