Honeywell Process Solutions is actively recruiting for a Global Sr Manager, Contract Management & Compliance Leader for its Projects & Automation Solutions (PAS) business enterprise.

We are creating, innovating, and delivering solutions fast, challenging the way things have always been done, piloting new ways for all of us to work, and expecting our successes to set new standards for our customers and for Honeywell. We are looking for a strategic, solution-oriented compliance leader to develop and lead the contract framework for the Verticals in Project Automation Solutions business. This role will manage all contracts’ terms and conditions for Vertical specific project execution.

This position requires an ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Compliance Leader and manage the PAS contract review and contract processes, baseline terms and practices. Identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer direct changes in proposed contractual documents; communicate concerns and issues clearly to the organization; Advises internal clients (sales, business leaders, program managers and engineering) concerning legal and contractual requirements.

•Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.

•Create and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning PAS contracts.

•Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.

•Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.

•Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.

•Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.

•Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide variety of contractual topics, including project compliance, contracting excellence, and risk mitigation to protect project margins.

•Support in developing standardized terms and conditions for the efficient delivery of project contracts.

YOU MUST HAVE

•5+ years Project/Program Management experience

•3+ years Contract Management experience

•Experience managing complex contracts. Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively to enhance organizational value.

•Bachelors degree from an accredited university in engineering, business or finance field

•Masters degree from an accredited university

•Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross functional teams of all levels in a matrix organization

•Proven track record of customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships.

•Strong customer focus and commitment to value creation. Understand what creates value for customers.

•Strong financial acumen and understanding of contractual terms and conditions. Understand what drives project margins and develop contract terms that protect the business.

•High level of attention to detail. Ability to evaluate complex contracts and advise the business on risks and mutual beneficial solutions.

•Strong leadership to create, adapt and drive change

•Ability to anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and align business strategy accordingly

•Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit

•Prior turnkey project management experience is preferred

•Strong multinational business transactional experience, including end to end project management from proposal to project completion.

•Personal presence, communications skills and credibility necessary to effectively interact with and influence senior management.

•Interest and ability to teach and to motivate business people in contractual issues affecting business transactions.

•Self-motivated, dedicated team player who will take a proactive approach in managing and seeking to continuously improve the contract processes.
