A Technical Business Systems Analyst is needed for a world leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives in the Houston, TX area. This position will provide first-line support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for marine equipment, focusing on customer service and issue resolution.

responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment through Marine Digital Tools.

• Review equipment alerts and coordinate actions with the Technical Lead, CORE Manager, Fleet Manager, and customers.

• Provide comments on actions and cross-reference digital tools during troubleshooting.

• Offer technical information to customers, Fleet Managers, and dealers for troubleshooting.

• Document issues and statuses through the Salesforce platform.

• Communicate noted issues to customers via Salesforce.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 1-3+ years of experience with machinery (combustion engines, hydraulic systems, or pneumatic devices) or analytical data (data science or engineering).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of engineering principles, combustion engines, and operational practices.

• Familiarity with control system logic, driven equipment, and processes.

• Working knowledge of mechanical skills, including hand and measuring tools.

• Understanding of company products.

• strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
