JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking Mold Technicians for the 2nd shift to support our Global Innovation and Development Center in Hudson, WI. Our Team Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. What You Will Do Setup, start up, and change over production jobs consistent with process control capabilities and quoted standards. May include robotics, part pickers and vision systems Setup and operate job related equipment including molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts Use proper process procedure documentation and databases for performing routine setup functions and troubleshooting work Evaluate molding processes in order to update techniques and improve quality, safety, and productivity efficiencies.Ensure the processes fall within validated windows or within the established guidelines Communicate important information to Mold Techs on the next shift Work with production group to meet production demands Evaluate functionality of tools and make recommendations for modifications as needed. Help create production documentation to ensure repeatable and reliable work cell set-ups. Assist with work cell layouts and ergonomic improvements. Sustain current 6S practices and improve 6S sustainment in other areas.
