Pennsylvania Homecare Association Bilingual Sales Case Manager (English/Spanish) in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA) is posting this position on behalf of their member organization, Care and Help Home Care.PHA is a statewide organization of 700+ home health, home care and hospice agencies looking to hire!

 

Exciting opportunity to join the Care and Help Home Care team as a Sales Case Manager. You will help* *drive business growth and revenue by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential clients. This position promotes the company's services, conducts assessments, and guides clients through the enrollment process. The Sales Case Manager acts as a liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring a smooth transition to home health care services and fostering long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted marketing, networking, and prospecting activities.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to determine their home health care needs and eligibility for agency services.
  3. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients, showcasing the agency's services and benefits.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to generate referrals.
  5. Guide clients and their families through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to address inquiries, provide updates, and address concerns.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas for the agency's services.
  8. Collaborate with the care management team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from referrals to receiving home health care services.
  9. Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress to management.
  10. Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and performance objectives aligned with the agency's strategic plan.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and attend sales training to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in sales and marketing activities.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare or home health care industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development in a competitive market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and engage effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Empathy and sensitivity to understand clients' needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of home health care services, regulations, and payer sources (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance).
  • Persuasive presentation skills to effectively showcase the agency's services to potential clients and referral sources.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel within the designated sales territory to meet with potential clients and r ferral sources.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages (written and spoken)

     

Physical Demands:

  1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Work Environment:

The Sales Case Manager primarily works in the field, engaging with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential clients. The role may also involve some office work to handle administrative tasks and reporting. The work schedule may vary, including occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate sales meetings and events. The Sales Case Manager may need to travel within the designated sales territory to build relationships and drive business growth.
