Door Systems, Part of ASSA ABLOY, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Customer Service Representative in the Huntersville, NC office.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answers commercial service phone calls
Creates service tickets
Works with the commercial sales department on quotes
Invoicing
Works with vendors to source/cost materials
Maintains open order reports ensuring they are updated and current
Maintains Preventive Maintenance Agreements and Order Log for Service Material
Works closely and collaboratively with credit department related to credit application processing, credit limits and collections efforts.
Responsible for all service invoices and billing accuracy.
Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
1+ years experience in a customer service role or equivalent
Proficient with computers
Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
Excellent attendance record
