  What you’ll do as a Power Operator

• You will operate equipment

• You will drives and/or operates diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on job-site

• You will perform general construction work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand tools, lifting materials on average up to 50 lbs, etc.) under direction of Foreman or Supervisor

• You will follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

• You will demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.

• You will restore grounds and general construction as directed by Foreman/Supervisor.

• You will perform other duties as necessary.

• You will travel for storm response on short notice

  What you’ll need

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You are able to determine voltages and hazards associated with each.

• You have Six months supervised equipment operation

• You will read and understand minimum approach distances.

• You will complete OSHA 10hr Safety Training Program within 90 days of employment.

• You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience

• You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

• You have the willingness to work in a solo and team environment

• You have experience in working through all types of weather, including inclement weather

• You are a self starter

• You have effective communication skills

• You are able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
