Fletcher & Co., worldwide manufacturer of large mobile equipment, has an immediate opening for a HR/Risk Management Intern in Huntington, West Virginia. This position will assist in all functional areas of the Risk Management Department; Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Products Liability/Legal, and Environmental. The position will have an emphasis on Human Resources. Basic functions of the internship include but are not limited to: Providing general assistance in various aspects of employment. Assisting in preparing and submitting various reports (OSHA, EPA, EEO, etc.) Filing/recordkeeping and other administrative tasks Products liability discovery Drafting documents Communicate with employees to help Risk Management resolve issues Take meeting notes Other duties as assigned The internship will require a student who is actively pursuing a degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business, Legal, or related field.
