Radiance is searching for an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to provide set up and operation of basic / small-scale audiovisual systems in a corporate environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Radiance corporate activities related to their Audio-Visual infrastructure in both a classified and unclassified environment.

Job Responsibilities Operate, monitor and manage all networked AV systems to include AV routing matrix, integrated computer systems, network infrastructure, lighting, and associated peripherals. Constructing and maintaining AV systems and associated equipment for events Develop, maintain, and update VTC Control Devices. Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment. Must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources. Supporting Executive level meetings with AV support Collaboration with outside vendors to engineer new systems. Collaboration with the Radiance stakeholders and other team members to ensure designs are aligned with project and contract requirements Ability to conduct Preventative Maintenance testing

Required Skills: Requires excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity. Must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.

Required Experience: Experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networking. Experience with Q-SYS or CRESTRON software.

Desired Qualifications: AMX Certification Experience with BARCO, BrightSign, and Q-Sys Designer/Core Manager hardware and applications.
