BAE Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a senior-level Business Analyst to join an innovative team of developers in Huntsville, AL. TheBusiness Analystwill be responsible for mentoring and managing other business analysts. Responsible for performing business process analysis; modeling of existing processes as a comparison of similar information systems and/or other desired states; document, recommend, and make process and configuration changes to one or more operating functions and/or information systems; and perform strategic business analysis to support system requirements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 year of education = 1.5 years of experience)

• Minimum of 6 years' documented and demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst / Requirements analyst type function role.

• Applies full knowledge of particular technical area and a developing knowledge of other technology areas.

• Working knowledge and documented experience using requirements management tools such as JIRA, TFS, etc. is required.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
