Media Fusion Graphic Designer in Huntsville, Alabama

This position is classified as exempt.

Duties and Responsibilities Media Fusion is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our team for an upcoming contract. Duties Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel. Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel. Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.

Qualifications Candidate has at least 10 years demonstrated experience in the following areas: Program management, including data collection and metrics development Coordination with public and private sector stakeholders, to include state and local government, academia, law enforcement, and/or nongovernmental organizations Experience working with educational programming Desired Experience: Community-based approaches to prevention (e.g., terrorism, public health, violence, etc.) Social work, threat assessment, public health, policy analysis, behavioral science, or counterterrorism

Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
