Job Title:Management Analyst II

Location: Huntsville, AL (On-Site)

This position directly supports theSentinelProduct Office within the Search, Track, Acquire, Radiate, and Eliminate (STARE) Project Office under Program Executive Officer Missiles and Space (PEO MS).

Duties:

  • Provides management and acquisition/contract management support for theSentinelProduct Office.
  • Responsible for managing twoFARbased contracts for theSentinelProduct Office in accordance withSentinelProduct Director, Deputy Product Director, and Contracting Officer Representative guidance.
  • Works closely with the vendor to ensure requests for assistance/information are addressed in a timely manner, increasing efficiency across program activities
  • Responds to SETA taskers and requests for Information (RFIs) from multiple stakeholders to include the vendor,testcommunity (ATEC), requirements community, Army Air and Missile Defense Cross Functional Team (AMD CFT), HQDA, ASA(ALT), G8, OSD, and PEO staff.
  • Responsible for managing twoFARbased contracts for theSentinelProduct Office in accordance withSentinelProduct Director, Deputy Product Director, and Contracting Officer Representative guidance.
  • Coordinates responses across multiple functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with program manager direction. Elevates requests to the appropriate authority for action as required.
  • Coordinates requirements with the vendor for new and updated Task Instructions for the SentinelA3 Engineering Services Contract, to include reviewing documentation for intended scope of work, facilitating review with the subject matter expert(s), collecting Contracting Officer Representative approval, ensuring the appropriate funding is aligned with the task as required, and submitting all documentation to Contracts for processing.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts to draft scope for new Task Orders for the A4 Engineering Services Contract, to include reviewing scope for content and contractual deliverables, formatting the performance work statement according to Army Standards, facilitating functional area review as needed, facilitating Contracting Officer Representative review and concurrence, and ensuring the appropriate funding is aligned with the task as required.
  • Drafts responses to Sources Sought Requests for Information for new Task Orders and coordinates review and approval with the Contracting Office Representative.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts to conduct thorough Technical Evaluations on vendor proposals for new Task Orders. Facilitates review and response to Contracts Letters received on both contracts.
  • Works with STARE contracting team to ensure responses are provided in a timely manner and reflect USG intent.
  • Reviews and approves monthly Contract Data Requirements List submissions for both contracts.
  • Leads Integrated Product Teams across functional areas to request and compile Cost Estimate documentation and submit complete contract requirements packages to Contracts for processing.
  • Responsible for updating and submitting monthly program quad charts to the Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC), providing critical program updates to the ASA(ALT) community.
  • Creates, collects, and submits weekly Situation Report updates and weekly Program Status Updates used to inform senior leaders on program progress and cost, schedule, and performance considerations.
  • Provides updates to recurring reporting to include STARE Staff Call Charts,SentinelStaff Call Charts, and various monthly reporting requirements.
  • BriefsSentinelan STARE leadership as required.
  • Assists with development and execution ofSentinelrequirements for Presidential Drawdown initiatives to include working withFMSPOC's within PEO MS to secure funding, organize fielding, and consider cost, schedule, and performance impacts to the baseline program.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures within PEO MS. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goas within an Army Product Office(desired)
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline with 5-12 years of experience(desired)
  • Experience in Department of Defense/Federal acquisition support and/or contract management(desired)

Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain aSecretsecurity clearance, active clearance(desired)
