Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contractor Program Security Manager to support the a US Army Air Defense Program. The Contractor Program Security Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of acquisition security and providing support to the Project/Product Offices and Government Security Managers in various functional Acquisition Security areas. This role will involve supporting Multi-discipline security, Test site support, Information Security, Industrial Security, Foreign Disclosure, COMSEC, OPSEC, Personnel Security, Physical Security, TEMPEST, and Collateral Security. The position requires a willingness to travel up to 25% or more.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Manage and execute acquisition security functions to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Support Project/Product Offices and Government Security Managers in daily operational security activities

Provide multi-discipline security support, including test site support and information security management

Assist in industrial security, foreign disclosure, COMSEC, OPSEC, personnel security, physical security, TEMPEST, and collateral security activities

Develop security-related documentation and reports as required

Assist personnel in understanding and complying with regulations and compliance

requirements

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all security-related tasks

Provide exceptional customer service to Project Office Personnel and stakeholders

Support a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively to meet project deadlines

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience in acquisition security, industrial security, and information security management

Knowledge of relevant security regulations, standards, and compliance requirements

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $150,200.00.
