The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conformal coating - including taping /masking product, washing product, and feeding boards to coating machine.
  • Touch up coat assembled boards.
  • Mechanical assembly as required.
  • Document quality issues and scan all boards in SAP.
  • Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Perform regular quality checks to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Adjust machinery as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise, collaborating with maintenance technicians or engineers as necessary.
  • Follow EHS guidelines: Safety glasses, proper lifting, and approved footwear.
  • Some overtime required.
  • Work in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 3 years of experience with touch up operating

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
  • Must be able to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
