Position Description: Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following): Program Control Manager duties: Responsible for maintaining program execution operations with direct reports; Responsible for hiring, training and coaching direct reports; Facilitates and manages direct reports workload. Program Control Analyst support: Prepares and analyzes cost forecasts/budgets for company Program Managers; Provides financial reporting to customers, sets up, administers, and closes out project assignments in Unanet financial system; assists in revenue review and recognition and billing systems support; tracks/analyzes/reconciles labor, travel, and ODC expenditures; and assists in preparation of internal budgets. Desired Qualifications Experience in Unanet financial software Unanet planning experience Capable of leading and executing tasks Capable of working independently or leading teams in solving problems Government contract administration knowledge Good communication skills Active clearance is strongly desired Required Skills Bachelors degree Microsoft Office Suite skills US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance Required Experience Five or more years directly related experience in government contracting program control function. Experience in developing Budgets, Forecasts, and financial reports (FMERs, CFSRs, CPRs, and other financial reports.) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
