Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Business & Technical Management Career Path (AcDemo only) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system. Responsibilities Performs analysis and assessment of special projects assigned to the Project Manager Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PM ASE). Plans, conducts, and directs highly complex studies/analyses to improve the total acquisition process. Develops, tracks, and analyzes Aviation/ASE metrics to include but no limited to cost, schedule and performance. Develops and presents detailed information which is readily understandable by and credible with Government and industry representatives. Specialized Experience: One year experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: 1) Overseeing integration of multiple functional areas across multiple organizations; 2) Managing resources and schedules across projects/programs; and 3) Implementing strategic direction for vital programs with long-term impact.
