You’d like to do this

BlueHalo is seeking a Scenario Designer to join the team responsible for Missile Defense System (MDS) Ground Test (GT) scenario design and planning for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). MDA GTs are used to assess our nation’s defense systems through a variety of HWIL and simulation tests. To build the scenarios used in the tests, t he Scenario Design team uses its understanding of how each of these systems work and inter-operate coupled with its understanding of the associated adversaries. Our knowledge is constantly growing. The team is also developing cutting-edge tools on the latest hardware. The qualified candidate will be able to analyze requirements and constraints, utilize existing tools and provide input for future tool development, and quickly learn the Missile Defense System (MDS). This candidate loves to put puzzles together, analyze everything, continually learn, innovate, and generate excellent products that meet the needs of the requirements efficiently .

This position will be on site at Redstone Arsenal.

You’re required to have this

• BS in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Physics, or similar technical discipline

• 0-5 years of experience in system analysis or characterization of MDS components (e.g., GMD, THAAD, Aegis, Patriot, CD, UEWR, SBX, TPY-2, LRDR, etc.) to include weapon system and/or radar analysis experience

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Highly motivated and committed to completing tasks with excellence and within deadlines

• Be able to effectively work within a fast-paced team environment

• Active SECRET clearance

  Desired Qualifications:

• SQL experience (particularly Microsoft SQL Server 2022 (TRANSACT-SQL))

• Tableau experience
