Job Title: Senior Contract Analyst

Location : Huntsville, AL (Hybrid)

Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of contract management from the award of new contracts to the liquidation of contractual obligations.

  • Prepare, review, and expedite contract requirement packages (CRP) to meet the customer's suspense and ensure the technical requirements are in scope of the Performance Work Statements (PWS).

  • Advising management, senior level engineers, and staff in development of contract documents (Performance Work Statements, Statement of Work, Independent Government Estimate, evaluation criteria, etc.) in accordance with new and established regulations and guidelines.

  • Provide input into the use of current and proposed automation systems through which contract documents and actions are executed and improving workflow of critical contract purchases/requirements.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Engineering, Education, or Science.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience as a contract analyst or related role.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and contract drafting principles. Familiarity with various types of contracts.

  • Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting contractual agreements to ensure compliance.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements. Experience in contract negotiation.

  • Experience in collaborating with attorneys, engineers, and others within the organizational structure.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Security Clearance: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
