Type: Full-Time Location: Huntsville, AL

Position Description: Radiance Technologies is seeking a senior RF Engineer to provide program level Engineering support to the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT), the Technical Center (TC), and the Space and Strategic Systems Directorate (SSSD). The Engineer will support efforts to design, develop, and manage Army science and technology (SandT) and research and development (RandD) programs that deliver assured communications, rapid situational understanding, and satellite/payload command, control, and integration for the Warfighter in the field. The Engineer will be required to assist the Government with development, assessments, organization, requirements definition and management, configuration management, systems engineering, risk management, integration activities, demonstrations and tests of its core functionalities, including communications, imaging, navigation, and environmental monitoring, low cost rocket propulsion systems, small suborbital and orbital launch vehicles, and orbital satellite and space system components.

Required Skills: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills Active TS/SCI Software development skills Required Experience: 10 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Space or Missile Defense programs
