Job Description

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Responsibilities include: dismantling machines and removing parts for repair, inspecting or testing damaged machine parts and marking defective areas or advising supervisors of repair needs, installing, replacing, or changing machine parts and attachments according to production specifications, lubricating or applying adhesives or other materials to machines, reassembling machines after repair or maintenance work, starting machines and observing mechanical operation to determine efficiency and detect problems, assigning Work Orders and documenting accordingly, collaborating with other workers to repair or move machines, working overtime as required, performing duties safely by identifying hazards, ensuring proper PPE is worn, maintaining a clutter-free work area, following safety procedures and policies, reporting unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions to supervision/management, ensuring food safety/quality policies are followed, and reporting food safety/quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

2-2-3 schedule, 1st - 5:00am - 5:30pm, 2nd - 5:00pm - 5:30am.
