ESOL Out Of School Youth Workforce Preparation Facilitator - Part Time (21 hrs/wk) Be the conduit between our future workforce and local employers! MassHire Cape & Islands is looking for a motivated multi-lingual instructor to work with the multi-cultural members of our Out of School Youth program, ages 18 to 24, by teaching English and using language that specifically prepares them for an active and meaningful career path. You will have the chance to assist youth in this special program to apply for jobs both online and in person, develop resumes, prepare for interviews, conduct career exploration and, be a member of the Youth Department Team to provide career counseling and referrals to work experience opportunities.
