Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker:

• Painting, cleaning, replacing flooring, and replace/repair broken windows, doors, or equipment

• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

• Complete daily, weekly, monthly checklists; record maintenance activities/tag outs; and determine schedule for repairs/upgrades

• Install new systems, equipment, or appliances

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

• Perform outside custodial duties as required

• Conduct safety inspections and verify that area is clean and free of debris

Available shifts:

 Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

• Relevant experience required

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

• Lift up to 50lbs

• Good communication and basic math skills

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
