Nexeo is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator candidates to join our elite welding crew. The Fabricators will interpret blueprints,specifications,diagrams,and schematics to determine the best processes for welding production. They will utilize their advanced welding skills and techniques to work on complicated projects and parts to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Additionally,they will mentor and train Fabrication and Welding 1 employees.

Responsibilities

       Interpret blueprints and drawings for welding production.

       Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

       Follow all safety rules and procedures and ensure direct reports remain in compliance.

       Minimize scrap rate and implement corrective/preventative actions in response to daily safety,product quality,and product delivery issues.

       Use advanced welding skills to meet daily quotas.

       Help manage consumables and ensure production stays on schedule.

       Mentor and train Fabrication and Welding 1 employees.

       Assure products meet customer expectations and quality standards.

       Follow 1st article procedures.

Qualifications

       Accurately read prints and ability to interpret action items.

       Ability to stay organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

       Ability to lead others in company expectations,protocol,and procedures.

       Strong commitment to safety with a professional attitude.

       Broad knowledge of welding techniques and skills.

       Ability to stay on task and meet quotas.

Pay

$26.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday Thursday | 6:00am - 4:30pm (4 days,10 hours per day)
