Key responsibilities include: Supervising accounting and administrative employee; performing month end financial closings; take a leadership role along with the materials supervisor to ensure accurate inventory and management of annual and cycle count inventories; perform the bi-weekly payroll and handle other payroll and benefits related work; lead the recruiting effort and on-boarding effort of new employees; work with CPA consultant on Financial matters, and with our Professional Employment Organization on HR matters; generally take responsibilities for all Accounting and HR activities.
