Position Title: Material/Parts Specialist 0-12 months

Work Location: Site- INTEC

Shift Schedule: Monday Thursday 4x10s

Hourly Wage: \$37.01

Position Purpose:

Performs general warehouse support to ensure that non-quality and quality related procured items are received, logged and distributed. Must be able to perform complex receipt inspections for quality related items. Additional requirements include maintaining consumable inventory levels in the outlying areas, performing inventory audits and distribution of spares and consumables, loading and unloading of delivery trucks to include box trucks and flatbed trucks. Perform safe operation of forklifts and delivery vehicles to support material distribution. Must be able to perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Data entries of receipts, inventory reductions, scanned records and receiving documentation. Scanning records for record retention.

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):

High School diploma

Hold a current CDL license with Hazardous Endorsement

Minimum of 1 year forklift experience

Working Knowledge of computers, Microsoft office products and inventory tracking system (preferably MAXIMO)

Strong written and verbal skills

Experience working in a nuclear environment and working with hazardous materials is preferred

License(s) or Certification(s) Required:

Must have a Current Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain records and receiving information through data entry into electronic tracking system and hard copy files.

Delivery of materials supplies and spare parts to locations at the site.

Offloading of semi-truck using a forklift or by hand. (Labor Intense)

Perform special projects and assignments as requested
