Summary

The Field Project Engineer supports field activities and spends a majority of time working with the craft workers. Activities include support of layout, daily resource requirements, lay-down yard management, daily costs, time and quantities, logs, and daily and weekly look-ahead schedules, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Field Project Engineer will possess competency in the following areas in other to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.   • Contributes to Project Productivity

  • Supports Superintendent on Construction of Project

  • Supports Project Engineering and QA/QC Activities

  • Supports Project Safety

  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment

  • Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; or 4 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
