As a Treasury Manager at JBT, you will assist the Treasurer in strategically managing capital structure, banking relationships, and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders. You will also lead process improvement and efficiency efforts as we work towards becoming a best-in-class treasury organization. Your strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of treasury operations will be instrumental in driving financial success and enhancing the company's overall financial position. The Opportunity ... Responsibilities: Support capital market activities such as debt issuance, capital structure analysis, share repurchase and interest rate risk management Prepare month-end and quarter-end reports related to bank relationship and capital markets activities Partner with the management and support the Treasury team in executing banking strategies, M&A integration, and departmental and company projects Work with Treasury management to maintain and rationalize the Company’s choice of key global banks Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements to streamline treasury processes Corporate card administrative and contract maintenance Develop, measure and monitor standardized treasury operational metrics globally Assist in complex KYC reviews for items such as: deal due diligence and foreign bank accounts Review and track real estate leases; working with business units on new leases and renewals Communicate with and build partnerships with all stakeholders (shared services, business units, corporate accounting, tax, and banks). Maintain and update standard operating procedures related to various treasury functions Fully cross-trained and able to act as a backup for Treasury duties, such as cash positioning, debt management, wire and FX trade execution, and system administration Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as CTP, CPA, CFA, or an MBA are highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of corporate treasury or related experience Demonstrate proficiency and a deep understanding of treasury operations and proactive problem-solving abilities. Strong research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude, with strong attention to detail. Intellectual curiosity and a sincere interest in the derivatives and capital markets. Familiarity with treasury workstations and FX trading platforms such as FxAll and GTreasury Self-starting attitude, strong organization, and prioritization abilities are necessary.
