Job Description

The Overnight Safety & Security Agent plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees throughout the night. This position is responsible for patrolling the property, responding to incidents, and assisting guests and staff with security needs during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property regularly to ensure the safety of guests and employees, and to protect hotel assets.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing assistance until further help arrives.

• Assist guests with room access and key assists, ensuring a hospitable and secure environment.

• Complete and file incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Initiate and follow through with investigations of crimes committed against property and persons.

• Collaborate with the Security Supervisor and/or Director of Security on various security duties and follow directives accurately.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances during shifts.

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Basic proficiency with computer systems.

• Previous experience in hotel security or a related field is preferred.
