Adecco is currently recruiting for Assemblers in the Independence, MO area. We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the assembly of high-quality products in a safe and efficient work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general assembly of products in accordance with product specifications and engineering drawings.

• Inspect products according to quality procedures to ensure they meet standards.

• Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and other structural materials.

• Use a variety of hand tools, including pneumatic tools, to assemble products.

• Interpret work instructions and follow the required procedures.

• Ensure a clean and safe work area, wearing appropriate PPE as required.

• Collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to use common hand tools and operate pneumatic tools.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply standards to the work.

• Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

• Ability to work in a closed environment, such as within a cave system, and on uneven surfaces.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in assembly work within a manufacturing facility required.

• Fiberglass experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand for long periods (approximately 8 hours per day).

• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 35 lbs.

• Must be comfortable working in an enclosed cave-like environment with climate control.

• Exposure to fiberglass, resins, and other chemicals.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
