Title: AVP, West Location: United States; West Coast Experience: 5-7 Years of Management experience Job Function: Direct Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Computer Network & Security About the position Overall responsibility for the West Region's sales production. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Keyfactor's opportunities across all products and product lines. Manages, mentors, and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Keyfactor sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale. Builds working relationships with Sales Engineering and Professional Services Team to develop joint account strategies to win new business and expand current customers usage of our solutions. Develops and executes a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly top of funnel meetings with the sales team as well as weekly bottom of funnel pipeline meetings. Ability to stay up to date on Certificate Lifecycle Management / Certificate Issuance / Code Signing and IoT/IIoT in regards competitive landscape and technology. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. Responsibilities Leads sales team to best sell Keyfactor's Solutions to all accounts in the Region. Coach, mentor and build up direct reports. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or other AVPs. Will also interact with senior management. Lead direct sellers to build up net new sales pipeline, advance that pipeline, and close pipeline. Forecast expected results monthly, quarterly, and annually with accurate Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs. Understands business drivers and their relationship to Keyfactor Proven track record to develop prospect pipelines while creating and accurately predicting sales forecasts. Coach and implement excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, qualify, position, justify, and close deals in the Region. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
