Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Cleveland (Ohio) - Onsite/Hybrid

Duration - contract or direct hire

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, or similar degree

• Minimum of 7 years in industry, 5 years leading IT project teams.

• Experience establishing business justification and project budget, tracking spends and communicating current and projected resource burn rates.

• Experience with effective program/project portfolio management standards, tools, and techniques.

• Quick learner on varied technical platforms and forward looking on emerging technologies that may bring value to the business.

• Vendor management skills in selection, negotiations and building long term “win-win” relationships.

• Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and Business.

• Strong communicator, collaborator, and negotiator; builds effective internal and external relationships.

• Ability to explain complex technology, and technology impact, in business terms.

• Effective listening skills, focusing on determining business needs first to drive technical solutions.

• Able to lead diverse business and technical teams across multi-site environments over a broad geography.

• Demonstrated skills in managing IT projects in a complex and dynamic environment involving multiple applications and technology platforms.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Ability to travel to remote (domestic and international) locations, with travel demands varying by project from 0 to 10%.

• PMP, Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
