Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the Service industry based in Independence, Ohio, United States. The role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations and involves responsibilities such as registration processes and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the registration process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain detailed records of registered entities

• Handle inquiries related to the registration process and provide accurate information

• Monitor the progress of the registration process and report any issues

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the project

• Assist in administrative tasks as required, ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Contribute to the overall success of the project by performing additional tasks if necessary. Requirements • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in a similar role within the service industry would be beneficial

• Strong knowledge of the registration process is essential

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Project

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
