This position will be responsible for FP&A activities associated with Technology & Content and Marketing & Strategy. The primary responsibilities are to support the business in achieving strategic objectives and to build shareholder value by providing decision support financial planning and forecasting, month end accounting support, monthly results analysis and tracking investments & cost transformation benefits across the organizations. In addition, contributing to FP&A Transformation, including the centralization and simplification of FP&A and wider finance processes will be a priority.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Monitor monthly results, investigating variances from latest forecasts and prior year.

• Consolidate results reporting on monthly and quarterly results; explain results in a clear, concise and easily digestible manner. Present results to function leadership team members.

• Track financial risks and opportunities.

• Perform quarterly forecast updates in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to corporate driven timelines.

• Support investment process, expense tracking & management, benefits realization reviews and prioritization

• Working with other Finance teams, primarily Controllership, to ensure proper accounting treatment of expenses, labor capitalization, etc

• Maintain strong relationships and open lines of communication/support with key business partners and stakeholders.

• Improve efficiencies and company performance, including transformation of FP&A processes and Centre of Excellence in India.

What We’re Looking For :

• MBA / Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance and must be able to influence and work effectively multiple stakeholders at different levels across various functional areas/geographies.

• Must be able to deliver hard results against clear timeframes to drive the business forward to translate business strategies and concepts into viable solutions. Outstanding overall financial acumen.

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, plus excellent analytical / financial modeling skills and insightful strategic judgment.

• High level of comfort with ambiguity operating in a highly flexible, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Demonstrated aptitude to consult & diagnose issues, problem solve and implement plans to drive solutions at senior levels of the organization.

• Self-motivator, driven and enthusiastic individual who will not only contribute to the business, but also to the wellbeing and advancement of the wider Center of Excellence team and the Finance function as a whole.

• Knowledge of travel economic model, products, segmentation, key functions and travel competitive environment/industry trends is highly advantageous.

• High level of proficiency with excel, experience with accounting and reporting tools including NetSuite and Planful desirable
