Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

This is a part-time Administrative Assistant role, working 24 hours per week over 3 days with 8-hour shifts. We are open to flexible arrangements, such as 4 days with 6-hour shifts. The current workload is 24-30 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours per week.

Hard Skills

  • Answering phones and responding to emails

  • Scheduling and greeting customers/clients

  • Setting up, ordering, and preparing conference rooms for lunches

  • Sending out, collecting, and delivering mail

  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels

  • Reproduction tasks such as binding, scanning, and copying contract documents and plans (training provided)

  • Basic knowledge of Procore (training provided)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
