Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Spanish Bilingual Call Center Specialist, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be an essential part of our clients' team, responsible for providing top-tier customer service, handling customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries. This position is REMOTE, 10AM-7PM Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service via various channels such as phone, email, and chat

• Open, manage, and resolve customer trouble tickets efficiently

• Clearly and concisely explain product options and related charges to customers

• Efficiently navigate through customer service systems and tools, primarily CRM applications

• Uphold call center metrics and quality scores

• Inform customers about promotions, new products, or upgrades

• Provide customers with rate quotations

• Conduct research, data entry, and email correspondence tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Proficient in delivering exceptional Customer Service

• Fluent in Spanish Language

• Demonstrated ability in accurate Data Entry

• Proven skills in conducting thorough Research

• Capability to handle Email Correspondence effectively

• Experience in providing Customer Quotes
