Make a Difference

The Business Resilience Analyst will provide support to the planning and implementation of Community Health Network’s Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Business Resiliency program. This position will provide critical support to Information Technology, Clinical and Business Support areas throughout the network and will be a collaborative member of cross-functional teams.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to manage multi projects and assignments from start to completion and communicate effectively through public speaking, PowerPoint, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other presentation formats.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is preferred.

  • One (1) or more years of information technology or service desk analyst experience preferred.

  • One (1) or more years of experience in the healthcare industry within a clinical or corporate setting preferred.

  • Able to collect and analyze data involving many variables to make decisions in a timely manner.

  • Adapt to a variety of situations, changes, and new learnings.

  • Think critically and independently to resolve problems.

  • Communicate complex/technical information both verbally and in written form.

  • This position will be a hybrid role and you must reside within a 60-mile radius of 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or as needed per the hiring department's needs.
